Created in partnership between consultancy Race Excellence and creative communications agency Something Big, the session will be led by Dr Gifford Rhamie, renowned EDI expert, Ann Palmer, executive leadership coach, and Sally Pritchett, communications expert. Together, they’ll share strategies to help organisations have more meaningful conversations about race.

Having discussed historical context and the evolution of wokeness, its intersectionality and impact in the previous roundtable discussion, this follow-up session will have three aims;
