Why should you join the programme?
The Race Excellence Equity Blueprint Programme empowers leaders to actively shape inclusive, equitable, and psychologically safe workplace cultures. Through deep reflection, practical tools, and courageous conversations, participants will strengthen their ability to lead with empathy, challenge inequitable systems, and model inclusive behaviours.
By completing this programme, individuals will be better equipped to:
- Recognise and dismantle cultural and structural barriers to inclusion
- Embed race equity into leadership decisions, policies, and practices
- Create spaces where all staff feel seen, valued, and able to thrive
Participants will return to their organisations as equity champions able to influence culture at every level, foster trust across teams, and ensure that everyone belongs, contributes, and succeeds.
This is not just a leadership development experience — it’s a catalyst for systemic change.
How to apply and Minimum numbers
We work largely with groups from different organisations. If you would like to engage in this programme, please get in touch.
